Potty Practice Points System

Susan has developed a points/rewards system for Andrew's time spent in potty practice. She has a white board on the refrigerator with the days of the week and points for each time Andrew practices using the potty. After 20 points, he gets a new toy.

This morning, Andrew woke us at 5:50AM. He was very upset. I asked him what was wrong and he pointed to his diaper. I asked if he had poo, and he said yes. I removed his diaper and found no poo. I asked if he wanted to sit on the potty. He thought about it for a second and then hopped on. He then began describing the details of the points system and told me he wanted a new toy. After he finished, I gave him a new diaper and he lead me to the refrigerator so he could put another checkmark on the board. This system just might work. :)
